Taking all the basic skills that you learnt during your CBT a stage further.
You have to be over17 to take this course. The bikes used are the same as those used on the CBT.
Can only be given by instructors who have been assessed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).

There are no particular elements for this course, all the training will be centered around your individual needs.
As this course leads up to a full licence you will be required to achieve competence with the following road topics before you are put in for your test:

• Traffic lights
• Roundabouts
• Junctions
• Pedestrian crossings
• Gradients
• Bends
• Obstructions
• Making progress
• Over-taking
• Effective observations

Continuously throughout this course you will be taught about hazard perception and forward planning.
We do not just teach you to pass your test, we will give you the skills to take a bigger motorcycle out on the road, have a great time and get back home safely.
